Yoga for Busy Minds.

Christina Lizzi, Esq., Founder of Lizzi | Yoga

An Integrated Approach for an Integrated Life.

Yoga is the original flow-state technology. Although in the West, we typically think of yoga as a series of mat-based exercise, the full spectrum of yogic practices are alive and well in the Himalayas. It was there that I learned that yoga is a state, a practice, and an experience. Its teachings are backed by thousands of years of application and evolution to meet the need of the hour. If we choose, yoga can be a path of liberation from internal struggle to self-mastery. In other words, it can be means to quiet the busy mind and cultivate calm throughout our days so that we can pay attention to the things that really matter in life.

As an attorney, yoga in all its forms has been invaluable to helping me deal with the stress of the profession and to improve the quality of my relationship to self and others.

I offer instruction and coaching in meditation, mindfulness, breath work, movement, and contemplative reflection . Sessions may be conducted via zoom or in person.

Please note, personalized practices are tailored around a client’s personal belief systems. The benefits of the practices can be integrated with and adapted to all walks of faith.

No prior yoga experience required.

Step into the Himalayan yogic tradition through a one-on-one initiation into a mantra based meditation. This technique is a potent method for accessing the witness mind. By learning to go “beyond thought” we cultivate the ability to be more focused and enter the flow state in our personal and professional lives.

The mantra and kriya based meditation draws the awareness inward, into states of deep stillness, clarity, and expanded presence. With consistent practice, it supports emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and attunement to higher states of consciousness.

This initiation is designed to set you on a personal journey of transformation. It includes:

  • A two-hour private session with instruction on the yog-vedantic understanding of the mind and states of consciousness, the practical and physiological benefits of meditation.

  • Initiation into the meditation technique with personal mantra and practice.

  • A follow-up one-hour integration session three weeks to one month after consistent daily practice.

This is more than a meditation technique—it is a technology for self mastery.

Investment: $360 for 2-hour initiation and follow-up session package.
