Yoga for Busy Minds.

Yoga is the original flow-state technology. Although in the West, we typically think of yoga as a series of mat-based exercise, the full spectrum of yogic practices are alive and well in the Himalayas. It was there that I learned that yoga is a state, a practice, and an experience. Its teachings are backed by thousands of years of application and evolution to meet the need of the hour. If we choose, yoga can be a path of liberation from internal struggle to self-mastery. In other words, it can be means to quiet the busy mind and cultivate calm throughout our days so that we can pay attention to the things that really matter in life.

As an attorney, yoga in all its forms has been invaluable to helping me deal with the stress of the profession and to improve the quality of my relationship to self and others. After training with Anand Mehrotra in the foothills of the Himalayas in 2024 and 2025, I returned to Maui with a passion for sharing this expanded understanding of yoga with others.

I offer instruction and coaching in meditation, mindfulness, breath work, movement, and contemplative reflection . Sessions may be conducted via zoom or in person in Makawao. Only flexibility of mind is necessary.
